why do you mean so much to me?

why do you mean so much to me? is an installation made up of 4 stop motion videos being played on continuous loops on old monitors. This project aims to explore the connection between memory and object. Each participant was asked to show a selection of objects they have held onto for various amounts of time and then interviewed about said objects. Portions of each interview are cut and re-stitched together in overlapping fashion, creating complex narratives.
